St Mary's Holy Faith Killester

Policies

The Education (Admission to Schools) Act 2018 aims to make the rules around admissions to schools more structured, fair and transparent. Some of the provisions of the Act have been commenced and are in operation and others are expected to come into operation from 2021. Schools are obliged to renew their admissions policy in line with the Act. We are currently carrying out a consultation process in relation to the school's newly developed policy and are accepting submissions and comments in relation to the Draft Admissions Policy for St. Mary's which you can access HERE. While much of the content is prescribed to the school in the form of a template, the detail pertaining to the processes in St. Mary's are unique to the school. The consultation process will terminate on Monday, April 27th 2020 at 3pm and submissions can be shared via email to admin@hfk.ie.
